1:1 Sessions
1:1 Reconnection | Healing Sessions
I offer 1:1 sessions* for people longing to slow down, reconnect, and live with greater clarity, sovereignty, and aliveness.
Much of modern life pulls us into urgency, fragmentation, disconnection, and performance.
This work is an invitation back into relationship:
with your body,
your intuition,
your rhythms,
your grief,
your joy,
your truth,
your story,
and the deeper intelligence moving through your life.
Modern life is real. So is the call to remember.
I invite you back toward your simplicity and wisest nature within, which knows how to ground and guide you amidst the overwhelm of modern life. Life can be demanding, and it asks much of us emotionally and psychologically, but we but we can navigate it skillfully by reconnecting to our deepest human nature.
By unlearning our cultural habits of urgency and overwhelm, and relearning to live at the pace of life, slowing down enough to hear inner guidance speak, we orient toward the intelligent and powerful healing presence within ourselves and our communities.
Join me 1:1 in a container woven and held for you.
I invite you for 1:1 sessions* in the spirit of unlearning, deprogramming, and waking up to your innate human power and potential, for your best wild life and for the good of all beings.
This work is profound, revealing, and transformative. It’s also just everyday good hygiene for sensitive human beings.
The wisdom and the answers you need are already within you. I’ll meet you at the edge of the space within.

Roots-up rebuild…
You do not need to become better, optimize yourself, or transcend yourself.
This work is simply about remembering, reconnecting, reclaiming, and re-attuning to who you already are.
No rules or expectations. You bring whatever is on your heart, your mind, or your soul to share, like you would with any counseling or therapy session.* Your day, your week, your year, your life. Your stories.
We’re working roots-up, not intellect-down…
Learn to listen to your own inner guidance, holding your energetic boundaries and honoring your sovereignty.
Take a step away from frantic productivity culture, and a step closer to your ancestrally tuned relationship to time, space, and rhythm.
Re-embody, resensitize, and reconnect to your innate human wisdom.
Deepen in connection to land, lineage, and the more-than-human world.
Practice both discernment and joy.
Re-examine your relationship to systemic norms around, work, culture, and meaning.
This is not traditional talk therapy that works from the intellectual level. This is somatic, intuitive discovery that covers the same ground…but also digs beneath it.
Our roots can’t be healed from the vantage point of the leaves; though the leaves are beautiful, they have never been underground.
Disconnection is the root of our unwellness.
Like you, I am 100% done with:
overwhelm
productivity
urgency
untended grief
transition
burnout
unmet longing
lack of meaning
disconnection
confusion of purpose
spiritual estrangement
disconnection from land, lineage, and ancestral home.
So much unnecessary suffering is rooted in disconnection.
How can we heal such wounds, in our lives, communities, and cultures, while living immersed in a world that normalizes them all?
Reconnection is the remedy.
Connection is essential for our well-being, our relationships, and our planet. It’s core to our existence. As in, we cannot heal our lives without connection. And in all the places we’re not connected, we need to reconnect. It’s not optional. It’s absolutely essential to all the rest of it.
So much is available to us, to help us reconnect and thrive.
relational presence
slowing down
authenticity
emergence
time and space to breathe
sacred rhythm
land connection
deprogramming
decolonial inquiry
sovereignty
resistance
remembrance.
What is this work?
This is not therapy. It’s relational accompaniment…
An open, confidential, non-judgmental, attuned container.
A space where you do not need to rush, perform, optimize, or fragment yourself.
A time for everyday conversation, deep reflection, exploration, and even strategy and planning.
…designed for regrowing our roots within the storm.
permission to slow down
disentangled from urgency
quiet enough for inner knowing to speak
reflective and honoring of suffering, grief, and joy
no perfection needed or expected
just a reconnect to rhythm
with permission to breathe, and permission to be furious
in reverence of land, lineage, and spirit.
We begin by relating.
In this work, we relate. And the relationship is part of the medicine.
We honor the intelligence that’s showing up in the space.
We allow for space, for vision, for both intuition and intellect to speak.
We show up and roll with it, knowing that what emerges is the healing.
This work is countercultural. It’s not for everyone.
But if you’re reading this far, you know if it’s for you. 🔆

POV: Potent work for white people.
This work can be especially potent for white-bodied humans longing to awaken from our capitalist, colonial, systemic programming and contribute to collective healing.
If you are a white descendant of European settler-colonialist ancestors, this work may be especially right for you.
Most of us have been separated from the lands and traditions of our ancestors, some many centuries ago. Our inherited legacies of colonial ancestry parallel legacies of severed roots, forgotten traditions, and loss of stories and spiritual memories of our people.
There is grief in this loss that needs to be honored. And there is a wakeful resistance to further harm that can be nourished. We can reclaim our own wholeness and stand in solidarity with those who suffer.
This work is appropriate and powerful for humans who wish to reconnect with our earth-honoring ancestors within the everyday matrix we’re all living in together, while living in joy, dismantling the colonial, capitalist patriarchy.
relational healing,
deprogramming,
nervous system re-attunement,
sovereignty,
grief,
ancestral dislocation,
ecological reconnection,
decolonial inquiry,
emergence,
authentic presence,
remembrance.
As white people living in a colonial world where the centering of whiteness has caused incalculable harm, waking up to harm caused, reconnecting to our hearts and our lineages, and doing work of cultural or spiritual repair, can be tremendously healing for ourselves personally, and a responsibility to the collective.
We must weave ourselves back into the community of life, while untangling the systems that separate us.
For Euro-descended people, humans of the European diaspora, white folks wanting to unlearn the decolonial mind, to reconnect with earth-honoring, animist roots, to rekindle memory and power, and to learn to live awake in the sleeping world, and to participate in collective healing through active regeneration of history.
A note on unlearning the colonial mind.
This work is decolonial.
It is earth-honoring, animistic, rematriating, and anti-systemic. I say this quietly here, not because it is not insanely important. It is. I say it quietly so as to invite you in from where you are, without conditions or expectations.
Whatever you bring, why-ever you come, there is no requirement to consider yourself part of the resistance. There’s no way you need to show up. But I will warn you: if you do the work of reconnection, you are already part of the resistance. Because repairing our roots and reclaiming our sovereignty in a world that wishes to keep us separate and chained is one of the most radical things we can do. 🌿
I invite you.

A Short Relevant Bio…
My role: healing practitioner & companion
I offer my work as a healing practitioner and a companion on the path of reconnection.
* An important clarification: This is not traditional counseling, and I am not a licensed therapist.
Years ago I left my studies to become a counseling therapist. I did so consciously, deliberately, because the further I studied, the more I realized the work I was being called toward needed a wider and more relational container than traditional clinical frameworks could offer.
(And to be honest, I came to understand that my education was perpetuating some of the same systemic harms I wish to dismantle with my work. In good conscience I could not stay.)
Before, during, and since my studies in psychology, I have dedicated myself to unearthing my own deeper intelligence within, studying with and following others who have lit the way for my learning.
I now sometimes speak of this companioning work as sistering: a relational accompaniment, an act of standing beside, and a practice of remembering and healing together. (A short audio on this to come soon.)
The work I do is grounded in foundational knowledge of the counseling field, but also rooted in lived experience within spiritual, ecological, holistic and earth-based traditions. I am practiced in:
space-holding and facilitation
relational support
spiritual guidance
reflective accompaniment
healing practitioner work
and simply living human for so very long, like you…in a world that can be hard to live in, but is calling us back home.

In this work I give respect to my teacher Dra. Rocío Rosales Meza, through whose loving guidance I was inspired to divest from colonial constraints of therapeutic training and offer instead a medicine of harmony and wholeness more aligned with life’s needs. I wholeheartedly recommend her work of decolonial unlearning and resistance through ritual, remembrance, and spirit.
